Commercial Leasing

Caroline Bouillet is a commercial real estate development executive, advisor and broker. She leads a broad range of retail real estate transactions on behalf of major multi-unit Tenant and Landlord corporations in the area of Toronto as well as nationally. She has worked in real estate for several years and has completed over a hundred deals across the country and internationally. Her Real Estate practice provides strategic planning, detailed market research, optimal deals and financial analysis for her clients.

Real Estate Development

Caroline is both passionate about helping clients succeed with their business performance as it relates to their real estate strategy as well real estate development that provides optimal owner returns and community enhancement. She has worked on a number of real estate development projects, large and small, from a major multi-faceted resort complex in the Caribbean, to 38 gas stations and convenience stores, as well as her own multi unit retail and residential commercial investments.

Caroline has been Chair of the Toronto CREW golf committee, a Director in Rotary International, and a member of Toronto ULI and ICSC. Caroline has two daughters also in the real estate industry, one in urban planning and the other in commercial property financing. She has a love for sailing, swimming in warm oceans, reading on divergent topics and helping others.
